In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during gameplay, soju88 will use server-side records to determine the outcome of any affected round or bet. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the stake for that round will be returned to your account. Winnings from incomplete rounds are not payable.
Any malfunction in a game — including display errors, incorrect odds shown or a game paying out significantly more than its stated maximum — voids all gameplay associated with that malfunction. soju88 reserves the right to recover any funds erroneously credited as a result of a malfunction.
The Bet section of soju88 covers a wide range of sports including Cricket (Pakistan national team matches, Pakistan Super League, T20 tournaments and international cricket), Football, Esports and other categories. Specific betting rules apply to each sport and market.
All bets are subject to acceptance by soju88. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that are unusually large, bets placed on events where information suggests unusual activity or bets placed after the relevant event has already started when in-play betting is not explicitly offered.
If a sports event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed and not completed within a reasonable timeframe as determined by soju88, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets that were settled before a stoppage occurred are not affected by subsequent cancellation of the event.
For PSL matches, T20 internationals and other cricket fixtures, if a match is interrupted by weather or other external factors and the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method is applied, the DLS result will be used to settle bets unless specific rules for the market state otherwise. Bets on individual player performances in matches that are abandoned before the minimum required overs are completed will generally be voided.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on soju88. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

Where an account is closed for a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If the account is closed for reasons not related to a breach — such as a player requesting voluntary closure — any verified balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

Before the account is closed, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.
